Shower Curb Kits

Water attacks one door of your house everyday of the year--the shower door. Our window and door pan flashings are easily used on shower curbs to seal off the tough inside corners and to create an angled sill to drain water back to the inside of the shower. This prevents water from eventually leaking into your floor system or ceiling below.

The SHower Curb Kit includes 2 corner pan flashings, 1 straight pan flashing, and two ¼ inch furring strips. The strips are used to furr the corner pan thickness out to the ½ inch cement board thickness. Again like the other pan flashing applications you simply install the corner pieces and cut the straight section to roughly fit between, butting them. You then place a piece of tape over the joint. Water can’t migrate right or left so the tape is sufficient to protect this joint. The complete shower pan kit is made out of polystyrene so that it can be easily installed with thinset or other adhesives.
