Corner Sill Pan Flashing Sold Separately

The Black 6-9/16” Corners and Straights will have several new features. First we have added an additional one inch over-lap on each ends of our Corners and on one end of our Straights. This will enable you to over-lap the joints. The engineers have suggested the use of a heavy bead of Butyl-Flexible Caulk between the lap joints.

Second we have lengthened the Black Straights to thirty two usable inches. This allows you to use just two Straights and the two Corners to do a 72” door or window unit.

The third innovation is that we took the back rib of our original Red Corners and Straights and jointed it with the half inch back-dam of our Browns. We made it so the back-dam can be easily removed leaving the back rib so this now lets you use the 6 9/16” Blacks to do any type of door, double hung and vinyl window.

So if your area of the country is not requiring the half inch back-dam you can remove it and picture frame your windows, or a direct return method. You just leave the back-dam on with your doors and where you are using the traditional stool and apron method of trimming out your windows.

Complete Protection

One case of our non-handed sill pan corners (50 per case) combined with one case of our 26-inch straight sill pans (25 per case) will completely protect 25 standard 3' 0" widow or door openings. If your openings are larger, simply purchase additional straight sill pan pieces and cut to fit.
